Performance Plus Service Agreement

Regular maintenance is one of the best investments you can make in your heating and cooling equipment to help keep it running efficiently and without interruption. Even the best equipment can experience problems if not maintained properly. To help keep your heatonmg and cooling equipment operating at peak performance, routine maintenance should be done annually by a skilled mechanical techn ician.

Routine maintenance helps you stay comfortable and save money by:

Maintaining your equipment's efficient operation, saving you money on utility costs.
Keeping you home safe from unwanted combustion gases.
Preventing problems before they occur.
Lengthening the life of your system.
Protecting the validity of your equipment warranty

Routine maintenance is not a guarantee against future equipment failure, but most of the problems BESEL's encounters on service calls can be avoided by a maintenance plan. That is why we offer PERFORMANCE PLUS SERVICE

PERFORMANCE PLUS SERVICE helps keep your furnace and air conditioner in the best working condition year round. For a small annual charge, BESEL'S will "clean and check" your air conditioner and furnace.

Check operating pressures
Check starting capabilities
Check and clean condenser coil
Check safety controls
Replace air filters
Check and adjust blower components for summer use
Check thermostat calibration
Check all electrical connections
Check amperage and voltage on motors
Clean condensate drain

Start furnace
Lubricate all moving parts where necessary
Check burner operation, clean if necessary
Check heat anticipator
Check heat exchanger for cracks and clean, if necessary
Check safety controls
Replace air filters
Check flue for draft
Check temperature rise through furnace
Check fan and limit control
Check for proper combustion
Check gas line and manifold pressure
Check and adjust blower components for winter use
Check furnace cabinet
Check for carbon monoxide leakage

Besel's will check electronic air cleaners and humifiers to see if they are operating properly. If repair or a humidifier pad are needed, there will be an extra charge. Besel's does not offer Performance Plus Service for boilers or heat pumps.

You will also receive priority of scheduling of additional service calls and a 10% discount on all additional parts and labor. Besel's has added value to Performance Plus Service by giving priority scheduling and a 10% parts and labor discount for plumbing and electrical service calls too. In some instances the 10% parts and labor discount can saves you more than the cost of the Performance Plus Service. PERFORMANCE PLUS SERVICE is transferable if you sell your home.

The cost for performance plus starts at $140.00 per year plus tax.
